Many of the problem players of Saturday’s scrimmage looked much better today.

Flozell Adams looked like a different player. He went from chump to the best player on the field. He routinely dominated his opposition no matter who it was. Marco Rivera and the rest of the line looked better as well.

Bobby Carpenter and Montavious Stanley struggled against the run, while Anthony Fasano struggled yet again in pass protection. All the other TEs and Lousaka Polite did a good job in pass protection though. Fabini looked solid, but I’m not convinced he is back at one hundred percent strength.Colombo struggled with the speed rush, but I hope he is just a little rusty or that he isn’t really the best option at RT.

Sam Hurd and Tony Curtis made some nice catches. Hurd even worked some with the 1st team although he got thrown off the field for a poor block.

Corey Proctor looked solid again today. He has a good shot at making the team

Mike Vanderjagt keeps missing kicks. He pushed 3 of his 4 kicks wide.

All these judgments aren’t very reliable though since we are just practicing against our own team. We will really know were he stand after a few pre-season games.

am going to show you three specific ways to overcome your public speaking fears, but first you need to believe that the fear and nervousness you are experiencing CAN be overcome.

1. It is normal to be nervous and even fearful before getting up to speak in public. Most great actors feel nervous before going on stage; world class athletes are nervous before a big event so don’t feel that you have to be fearless!

If you can accept that your nerves are a normal response and not unusual in any way, then you start to release the tension and allow yourself to function effectively. Because fear is a normal physiological response that releases adrenaline into your bloodstream - preparing you for the fight or flight response - you can harness the help you are being given.

Adrenaline heightens your responses and gives you the extra ‘lift’ to give of your best.

2. Work out where your fear of public speaking comes from. With most people it is a fear of appearing foolish - nobody wants to look daft - so preparation is the key. Your self-esteem is a powerful mantle and you don’t want to lower it by exposing yourself to laughter or ridicule.

You may feel that the audience won’t like you - in fact they are probably more supportive than you may think. You may be worried that the audience will not like your speech or value the content of what you have to say.

Aim for approval from your audience and you will find yourself well pleased too; but never at the expense of compromising the truth of the message you deliver.

3. The audience knows nothing of your fears; audiences like this have seen many speakers before and are looking forward to hearing your speech. Because they are ‘neutral’ all you need to do is hide your nervousness and act the part of an accomplished speaker.

Think about speakers YOU have seen before; how did they look and act. COPY THEM! Now bear in mind why you have been asked to speak; keep your material simple but to the point and focus on what you believe the audience needs to understand.

Put their needs before yours and you will be assured of giving a great speech.

These three ways to overcome your public speaking fears will soon have you saying “I enjoy giving a speech, and I’m actually good at it.”

Do you want to be apart from the rest? Do you want to try something new? Then you may want to try to customize your own rubber silicone bracelets. There are so many companies out there, especially online, that offer this service.

These rubber silicone bracelets were regarded by most people as a fad, but these rubber silicone bracelets proved them wrong. For merely 5 years now, these rubber silicone bracelets are still the leading form of promoting fundraisers or causes. They may have already beaten the customized t-shirt form.

These rubber silicone bracelets are good for a lot of things like promotion and being a novelty item. And you ask why? These rubber silicone bracelets are cheap as they are made of 100% silicone. And as we all know, silicone is very durable.

Rubber silicone bracelets cater to all sorts of fashion. You can either go for the plain black or plain white rubber silicone bracelets. Or you can go color crazy and you can put 2, 3, or 4 colors on your rubber silicone bracelets. Most companies offer you to put as many colors on the bracelet as you want, but obviously, the more colors the pricier it gets.

Manufacturers also carry this pantone chart wherein you can choose what colors you want to put on your rubber silicone bracelets. There are thousands of colors to choose from, including the basic colors to the pastel colors, and even the metallic colors. This way, you can be 100% sure that you are ordering that color you are looking for.

You can also choose from different patterns on how to combine the colors. Some manufacturers offer a mix of the colors on the bracelet or you can have them separated on different parts of the bracelet. So you can see? There are lots uses for rubber silicone bracelets and I have just stated a few of them. It’s up to you to use your imagination on how to use these cheap rubber bracelets to promote your cause.

Chris Angeles is the owner and founder of http://www.kulayful.com, a company that specializes in creating Custom Silicone Bracelets, which are customizable from the Message, to the Logos, to the Color.

Ever since it created the first vehicle powered by an engine running on alcohol in Brazil in 1979, the upward trajectory of the Fiat Car Company been has marked by it’s trend-setting attitude to design and development.

Now, once again, the group innovates with the use of the fuel, by launching the new Fiat Siena 1.4 Tetrafuel, the first vehicle in the world that can use four types different of fuel: ethanol 100%; Brazilian gasoline (that contains a 20% of alcohol); pure gasoline, like that used one in different Latin American and European countries; and natural gas.

In addition to being able to use different fuels, the key to the great technological innovation of this new Fiat model is the automization of the process, through an exclusive electronic system, by which the usage of these fuels is alternated, based on conditions, and without any input from the driver. This means that the onboard computer decides what fuel is to be combusted at any given moment, allowing the driver to concentrate on his driving, without needing to think about the fuel type the car uses or about any different controls that he might otherwise have to operate, related to the particular fuel type being used. In other words, the driver does nothing, the computer does it all for him!

Developed by Magneti Marelli (nowadays considered the leader in the market of injection systems with a market share of 45%), the electronic management system selects the optimal fuel combustion settings based on each situation, giving priority to the driver. Indeed, when the onboard sensor makes a fuel change, it does it in such a way that the driver will hardly notice, if at all, guaranteeing constant driving conditions and fuel yield in any road conditions. This way, the condition and longevity of the car is protected, even when natural gas is used, and in addition the fuel savings are constantly promoted.

Naturally, with the objective of cutting running costs, the first fuel the system will use will be a natural gas type fuel, whenever available. But, when the sensor detects a situation in which greater acceleration is needed, the interchange to liquid fuel is made automatically. The motor will use the natural gas again whenever the system detects that it is the most advisable fuel for that moment.

The Tetrafuel system is based on technology called “SFS” or “Software Sensorial Flexfuel” that began its development in 1999 using 100% Brazilian engineering. “We have invested 25 million dollars to make possible SFS and TetraFuel in the Brazilian market “, declared Silvrio Bonfiglioli, engineer and representatives of the Magneti Marelli Mercosul.

With Tetrafuel, the intelligent management of fuel usage will be preinstalled at the factory, thereby eliminating a series of necessary technical changes and special equipment for its installation, including replacing the operation button for the system that nowadays exists in Fiat models that are not equipped with the Tetrafuel “multi-fuel” system, to be replaced by the technology of Magneti Marelli.

The TetraFuel system is without a doubt one of the best but simplest tools to reduce the high levels of air pollution and contamination in urban centers. This pollution problem affects most of the countries in the world, because of the ever increasing number of vehicles on the road. “The system will be a success in South America and will give rise to an important evolution for European markets, since it will allow the diminution of the carbon dioxide emission (CO2), as well as the dependency on petroleum” declares Bonfiglioli.

The SFS computer program is installed in a control box, almost like a simple switchboard. The SFS identifies and quantifies the mixture between the alcohol and the gasoline in the tank, thanks to the information that it receives from the sensors in the fuel injection system, with the Lambda signals created by the system then controlling the engines detonation, rotation speed and temperature sensors.

Based on this information, the program determines the amount of fuel that will have to be injected into the motor and also the moment at which the spark must be created to ignite the mixture in the most efficient manner.

Many local organizations in various countries all around the globe are out to do battle against underage drinking. They do not do this just because of the health of their teenagers and the young ones. These organizations are head set on stopping such drinking because their main concern is safety.

In North America, the Michael Andretti Foundation has joined up with other groups like Beam Global Spirits and Wine, Inc. and the Canadian Club® to fight such drinking behavior. And their strength continues to grow as they also team up with local organizations that are also trying to find ways to defeat such an issue. These groups would be holding out a campaign that would be providing the right amount of information to parents and guardians. The very reason for this information dissemination campaign would be to actually encourage these grown ups to take the responsibility to know what their teenagers are up to. This move likewise pushes parents and guardians alike to share to their teens the statistics and their knowledge about the dangers that underage drinking brings about.

With more and more parents laying down their cards about the underage drinking issue with their teenagers, it is more likely that the numbers would surely go down. You see, according to the most recent study conducted by The Century Council, there are some 812 youths who were underage that got arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. This number is just for the state of Michigan. Good thing if these young ones just get to wreck small parts of your vehicle like your Volvo S40 car parts. But the damages do not just end there. We all do know that when people drink and then drive, they do have higher chances of meeting crashes and collisions. And these incidents could lead and result to injuries. Or they could also mean the loss of innocent lives.

There are a lot of different resources that you can utilize when learning to speak French at home. Learning a new language was not an easy task for me, but these simple tips helped my out a lot with my Spanish language course. I learned to speak Spanish fluently enough to converse, read, and even write simple phrases in Spanish. So, now I am using these tips to help me learn French and they are working wonderfully!

Tip #1: Watch Movies!

This method is not only simple, it’s fun, and it can really help develop a foundation. Start watching movies in English that have French subtitles. If you can’t find any at your local video store, you can purchase many films online. Reading the subtitles while listening to the words in English helps you to better understand conversational French. Also, once you are starting to really be able to understand French, you can start watching movies, spoken in French, with English subtitles. Try to understand what is being said and use the subtitles only as a guide. This is an excellent way to pick up conversational language without having to visit a foreign country!

Tip #2: Use Flash Cards

That’s right, use this simple technique we were all taught in school! You can use flash cards in two different ways. First of all, you can place a card on objects around the house with the French word for that object. This will help you learn the French words for common things around the house. The second thing you can do with flash cards is put common phrases in French on one side of a card and then the English translation on the other side of the card. Then, speak the phrases in French when ever you have the opportunity.

Tip #3: Read Comic Strips and Children’s Books

I know it may sound silly but by using children’s books you avoid advanced and hard to translate words. Take comic strips, or children’s books, that you are familiar with, that have been translated into French and practice reading them. These publications will have simple sentence structure and should be fairly short in length. It is also helpful if you have a copy in English so that if you really get in a bind you can translate. Hopefully though, you will know the story well enough to fill in the blanks when you are unsure of a word or phrase.

Nothing can replace an actual class, or course in speaking French. But, by using these three tips, you can incorporate learning French at home into your everyday life. This will help you pick up the language more naturally and without hours and hours of studying. You can use these techniques in addition to taking a class or by themselves in your spare time. Just remember, the best way to learn anything is through repetition and by incorporating new things into your everyday life! So, have fun and don’t get frustrated. Just keep working and you will get it!

P.S. These tips can be used to help learn any language! So, don’t limit yourself just to French. Try German, Spanish, Italian, whatever you’re interested in. Also, if you have children around, start using these techniques with them. Children pick up languages very easily, and then you will have partners in your new adventure!

Jennifer is a full time teacher and self proclaimed travel enthusiast. She has studied languages at school and has utilized this knowledge on her trips abroad. She has just come back from Mexico and is planning a trip to France. Did you find those tips on learning French at home useful? You can learn a lot more about how to learn French at home by visiting http://www.we-review-for-you.com/foreignlanguagereview.html.

Monthly Income

Your income used here is your pretax income. If you make $5,000 per month before taxes than this is the number to use. Do not use after tax income figures for this. Make sure to figure out your monthly income precisely.

Monthly Debt Loan

The trickier part is figuring out your monthly debt load. Your credit report usually has all of this information. This can include:

-total loan balance
-monthly loan payment

These payments can include:

-car loan
-credit cards
-store cards
-student loans
-mortgage payments
-monthly home owner dues

The lender will add up all these debts to figure out what your monthly debt burden is. The mortgage balance they will use in their calculations is your future projected monthly mortgage expense if you are approved for the loan.

If you have a debt that is about to expire then the lender may not include this as part of your ratios. For example, if you currently have a car loan that you pay $300 per month but it will be paid off in two months then the lender may not include the $300 monthly car payment as part of their ratio calculation.

Debt To Income Ratio Example

If your total monthly debt payments in this example will be $2,000 then your debt to income ratio will be:

-$2,000 monthly debt divided by $5,000 income per month
-this is a 40% debt to income ratio

Maximum Debt To Income Ratio

This can change from lender to lender. Many lenders want a debt to equity ratio of less than 40%. Some lenders will allow exceptions to these guidelines on a case by case basis. Some lenders will allow a debt to income ratio of over 50% or more.
